COMMERCIAL

Lite-Deck adds a new dimension to the energy efficiency of commercial structures, while providing the strength, protection and design flexibility so often required in these types of buildings.

ROOFS
Where maximum clear spans are required, Lite-Deck can be used in conjunction with a variety of engineered truss systems to help create the unencumbered open spaces needed in warehouses, theatres, gymnasiums, and other multi-purpose buildings.  Sloped or flat, a Lite-Deck roof can easily be sealed and waterproofed with a variety of readily available materials to create the most durable roof imaginable.

FLOOR
Separating the noises from one story to another is a common requirement for offices, hotels, apartments, condominiums, and other high-density structures. Lite-Deck provides a virtually soundproof barrier between floors, in addition to the fire protection offered by a solid concrete slab.

WALLS
The combination of high-density expanded polystyrene insulation with an integral steel insert and attachment point makes Lite-Deck the perfect forming material for creating insulated tilt-up concrete walls. The exterior can be finished with drywall, creating an energy-efficient, user-friendly wall system that effectively competes with other finished tilt-up systems.

Any type of finish can be mechanically attached to the integrated steel inserts. With the high cost of energy and an increasing demand for improving the workplace environment, Lite-Deck offers a unique and cost-effective solution to all of your commercial and industrial needs.
